What is Chakra Crystal Therapy?
Crystal Bed Therapy is a deeply restorative wellness experience that combines color light therapy, Vogel-cut quartz crystals, and chakra-based energy work to support relaxation, meditation, energetic balance, and overall well-being.
During the session, seven precision-cut Vogel crystals are suspended above the body, each aligned with one of the body's primary chakra centers. Colored light is projected through each crystal and directed toward its corresponding energy center, creating a non-invasive experience designed to support balance throughout the body's energetic system.
Many clients use Crystal Bed Therapy as an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from external stressors, deepen their meditation practice, and create space for emotional, mental, and energetic restoration.

What to Expect During Your Session
Your Crystal Bed Therapy session at Radiant Wellness Studio takes place in a private wellness suite designed for comfort and relaxation. During the session, you will lie on a massage table while seven colored, illuminated quartz crystals are suspended overhead to align your body's energy centers, or chakras.
Clients may spend their session:

practicing mindfulness or breathwork
