What is HOCATT?

HOCATT Therapy is an advanced wellness system that combines multiple therapeutic modalities into a single full-body experience. The system integrates infrared sauna heat, steam therapy, electromagnetic frequency, transdermal ozone and carbonic acid therapy.

By combining these technologies into one session, HOCATT is designed to support circulation, sweating, relaxation, recovery, and overall restorative wellness.

Infrared heat helps stimulate circulation and sweating while supporting muscle relaxation and cardiovascular response. Ozone and carbonic acid therapies are delivered transdermally below the neck within the chamber environment, while frequency-based therapies contribute to a calming, immersive wellness experience.

HOCATT Therapy sessions are widely incorporated into wellness and recovery-focused routines for their ability to support:

What to Expect During Your Session

Your HOCATT Therapy session at Radiant Wellness Studio takes place in a private wellness suite designed for comfort and relaxation. During the session, your body remains inside the HOCATT chamber while your head remains outside the unit for comfort and easy breathing. As the session progresses, the integrated therapies work simultaneously within the chamber environment while clients relax comfortably throughout the experience. Many guests describe sessions as deeply warming, calming, restorative, and energizing.

35 minutes in closed chamber | 60 minutes total session

What to Bring

We recommend bringing:

  • comfortable lightweight clothing

  • a water bottle for hydration

Towels and session essentials are provided.

Before Your Session

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • arriving well hydrated

  • avoid fasting OR heavy meals immediately beforehand

  • allowing time afterward for relaxation and rehydration

After your Session

Following your HOCATT Therapy session, many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and restored. Because the session encourages sweating and circulatory stimulation, proper hydration and recovery afterward are important parts of the experience.

For the best post-session recovery, we recommend:

  • not showering or bathing for 2-4 hours after session

  • continuing to hydrate throughout the day

  • replenishing electrolytes if needed

  • avoiding alcohol immediately following your session

  • listening to your body and pacing physical activity as needed
